Ba Lân Vu
President, Founder & Assistant Coach
Ba Lân is one of the founders of Ping Évolution and plays a central role in the club’s vision, organization, and growth. Passionate about table tennis and community, he wants to build a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible club for families, youth, adults, and players of all levels.
Hans Ghoorbin
Vice-President, Founder & Coaching Director
Hans brings strong experience in playing, coaching, and player development. He helps structure the club’s programs with an approach focused on progress, discipline, and the enjoyment of learning. He decades of experiances and has coached as prestigous club such as Club Réflexes Laval and head coach at Club Spinners from Vaudreuil-Dorion. Former nationale player from Île Maurice, he was also part of the provincial coaching team.
Richard Fan
Head Coach
Richard supports players in their technical and tactical development with a clear, structured approach adapted to each player’s level. He helps players build stronger fundamentals, more consistency, and more confidence at the table. As a national youth athlete, he is part of the elite player of the country with numerous podium and medals. He has also trained many young talent that are able to compete in their age category.
Jun Fan
Community Director, Coach & Founder
Jun has trained in china and has helped his son to become a national youth athlete. He has great observational skill to be able to pinpoint a player need to bring their game to the next level. He also plays an important role in welcoming players and bringing commmunities of different background toward a common goal, the love of table tennis.
David Mamane
Treasurer, Founder & Assistant Coach
David supports the club both administratively and on the table. His involvement helps Ping Évolution grow in an organized, responsible, and sustainable way while keeping the community spirit at the heart of the project. He competite in high school for the school club and return to the sport as an adult.
Jean-Paul Lalonde
Secretary, Founder & Assitant Coach
Jean-Paul contributes to the structure, communications, and smooth operation of the club. His involvement helps the team stay organized and better serve members, families, and players. He is involved in the table tennis community for a few decades and is currently in charge of the Table Tennis League of Montréal.
